Disappointment of anger and guilt

You know that moment when someone starts a fight with u and u start defending urself and when u stop, u want them to say sorry before u say sorry back at them... I really hate that moment... Normally, anger and guilt often collide unexpectedly... And it doesn't bring u peace unless one of them start making up to u... Even me myself wanted to pay an apology but how could I do So if they don't apologizes first? Tell me what to do.. I really hate this feeling... Dear god, u are the only one who knows how i really feel right at this moment... Please let my dad forgive my wrong doings... And if u may, please give me the strength to confront my dad at sometimes :(
